Underdogs Rock! Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Portland, Oregon. We rescue dogs from high-kill shelters, in addition to helping families who need to re-home their dogs. One of our fav programs is called The Elders of Underdogs where we place Senior Dogs with Senior Humans! We are a foster based rescue, which allows us to get to know our Underdogs and then find them the best home for their personalities & needs! Thank you for supporting our Underdogs!
