Love the West Maui Greenway Day

Thank you for supporting the 25-mile West Maui Greenway project and for attending our first annual Earth Day event! Thanks to the generous donations of local businesses and organizations we have a variety of prizes available. The auction will begin at 9am and will end at 6pm during the Earth Day event on April 22nd. All proceeds raised during this raffle will go directly to the West Maui Greenway project to bring opportunities for health, fitness, safety and environmental sustainability to our beautiful island.

The West Maui Greenway is a proposed 25-mile, multi-use trail that uses and transforms the abandoned cane haul road into a recreational ribbon connecting residents and visitors alike to the outdoors and community destinations. The trail is intended to provide a safe and family friendly place to enjoy the outdoors away from the heavy traffic on Honoapiilani Highway and connect communities and destinations, while offering alternative transportation.

The mission of the proposed West Maui Greenway is to create a pedestrian/ bicycle friendly community – one that encourages residents and visitors to take fewer car trips and to live a more active and healthy lifestyle while also providing cultural and recreational experiences for the community.
