About Our Auction
The Xenia Community Schools Foundation hosts an annual online/silent auction in conjunction with the XCSF Hall of Honor Dinner and Induction Ceremony. Proceeds from the auction and the Hall of Honor are used to support the Foundation's Classroom Grants Program.
Most items have been donated by members of the XCSF Board of Directors, the various Xenia Community Schools administration and buildings and members of the business community.
The XCSF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
About Xenia Community Schools Foundation
This organization is a 501(c)(3). Our purpose is to raise funds to support classroom grants and and student scholarships within the Xenia Community Schools. In addition, the organization also hosts an annual Hall of Honor Dinner and Induction Ceremony to honor former students, staff and/or community members who have excelled in their careers and/or offered support to the schools and community through volunteer service and who will serve as role models for current and future generations of students.
Live Event Information
The in-person portion of the auction will begin on April 22, 2023, at 5:30 pm. The online portion of the auction will end at 3:00 pm that day, at which time the paper bid sheets will be printed with the current bid information.
Online bidders can arrange for a proxy bidder attending the event, if they are not attending in person themselves.
Successful online bidders will be notified within 24 hours and arrangements made for payment and delivery/pickup.
