The Color the Crag mission is to build community, promote leadership from people of color (POC), provide a positive narrative of underrepresented communities in the outdoors through inclusive and educational climbing festivals and events.

By hosting events to promote diversity, we will impact the advancement of People of Color/People of the Global Majority (PGM) in climbing and the outdoor industry.

As a part of our mission, Color the Crag has developed the Color the Crag Community Grant Fund, to provide grant opportunities to other POC/PGM run climbing groups around the country. We are hoping to raise at least $3k to provide grants from $100-$500 to assist with the following areas:

-Outreach & Growth
-Stewardship & Environmental Awareness
-Continuing Education & Leadership Development
