As we grow, more people and families need our support. We are using this fundraiser to continue to raise funds to support the sustainability and continued delivery of our barrier free groups and programs.

Our community has offered donations of all kinds to help our cause - whether it's going out for dinner or having an experience that you might already pay for, consider purchasing through this fundraiser and supporting us at the same time.

We exist to provide accessible supports and mental health and wellness resources in all communities. We support people immediately and on an ongoing basis without having multiple barriers to face. Dealing with mental health challenges is hard enough and having barriers such as waitlists, unaffordable services, referrals required, or services that are advertised but not being delivered due to lack of funding or manpower makes life even more difficult.

We believe that everyone deserves the right to be well and find that connection to others who can relate to their own situations. This alone brings a sense of relief and validation. This is also why everyone in our organization has lived or living experience – whether it’s a loved one of ours who’s struggled/struggling with mental health challenges, or ourselves, this is where we lead by – our “lived experience”. We “get it” and can understand firsthand and that experience is worth a lot!
