2024 Winter Concert Silent Auction

All money donated and raised at the Silent Auction will go towards the Charles Douglas Tovar Memorial Band Scholarship Fund and hardship funds. The "Charles Douglas Tovar Memorial Scholarship Fund" was established in memory of Charles Tovar. Charles was a 2006 Graduate of Foster High School and a proud member of the Foster Falcon Band. All money raised will go towards scholarships for graduating band and guard students, as well as current band and guard members under hardship fund.

The John Randolph Foster Band Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose primary function is to support the Foster High School Band financially and through volunteer efforts. The Silent Auction at the Winter Concert is to help raise money for the Charles Tovar Memorial Scholarship Fund.
