FANHS Halloween Dance 2024 | Online Auction

**This Auction is hosted by the Fundraising Association of New Horizons School (FANHS) in support of New Horizons School located in Sherwood Park, AB. Through our fundraising efforts, we fiscally support enrichment opportunities for the New Horizons community. This Auction is open to NHS staff, families, and friends ONLY.**

An extension of the Halloween Family Dance Fundraiser, the Online Auction provides an opportunity to bid on unique products, services, and events.

For access to additional Silent Auction and Raffle items, RSVP to the dance (details can be found on the school's website) where you will be able to bid to your heart's content and join your friends on the dance floor! Please note: Due to capacity limits, this event is intended for NHS staff and students (along with their siblings and caregivers) only.

Auction Rules: 

- No additional bids may be placed once the Auction is declared closed. 

- The highest qualifying bid (i.e. bid that complies with established Auction Rules) wins the item.

- Each bidder assumes all risks and hazards related to the Auction and items.
- Failure to submit payment will result in the next closest bid winning.
- All sales are final, there are no exchanges, and all items are sold “as is.”

- Winning bidders are responsible for item(s) once they’re claimed.

Payment can be made by way of:
- EFT to payments@fanhs.ca

- Cheque payable to FANHS

- Cash

Failure to provide payment to FANHS by 7:00PM, Wednesday, October 30, 2024 results in the winning bidder forfeiting the auction item(s).
