About Our Auction
The Friends of the Invermere Public Library is a group of volunteers whose objective is to raise funds for the Invermere Public Library. One of our main fundraising activities is this Christmas Silent Auction. All items for our auction are donated by individuals and businesses with an interest in the Columbia Valley. We have received generous sponsorship from the Columbia Basin Trust to assist with the creation of our gift baskets. 100% of the net proceeds support The Library. The library has full discretion as to how the funds are used. In 2023 our fundraising activities contributed $25,000 to The Library.
