Welcome to Celebrate Community, First Parish in Framingham 66th Annual On-Line Auction!!

The auction will be on-line May 5th at 5pm. This year we invite FPF members, family, friends and the general community to view and bid on the many items until May 18th at 8pm when the auction closes.

The auction benefits the FPF Operating Budget for maintaining buildings, staff support and continuing engagement in our many outreach activities.

Each year we chose a project as a "donation only item" for our auction. This year it is Framingham State University students who are not able to go home and spend the summer on campus. These students are food insecure, with limited financial support. They are the first generation in their family attending college.

The group of 15-20 students, financially challenged, are supported in campus housing year-round by grant funding. During school and summer breaks, these students have limited options for food, as the cafeteria services are closed.

FSU maintains a food pantry and gets food donations which are regularly accessed by many students, but there is a lack of fresh fruits and vegetables.

First Parish Framingham is committed to provide fresh produce- fruits and vegetables- for these students during the summer months, between mid-May and Labor Day, 16 weeks.

Why do we want to do this? These college students are our neighbors. Supporting them supports our values and these students.

We expect the cost to be approximately $100-125/week to provide the needed produce. Our goal is to raise $1800 through the Pay It Forward Auction item.
