Sprout's Annual Fundraising auction!
We are a non-profit organisation with a big vision of a robust, sustainable local food system here in Tasmania. We support small scale producers through creating networks and open honest spaces for learning, we advocate for the sector at the Government level to encourage innovation in the approach to farming and food.
Our values run deep and true - Collaboration, Innovation, Leadership, Thrive!
This auction is raising much needed funds to assist Sprout in our advocacy work. We want to continue to be the collective voice for the industry, working hard to effect change in our Tassie farming and food systems. Sprout Tasmania is a not-for-profit that supports small-scale farmers to farm ethically and sustainably for their community & the environment.
Our vision is of a strong network of well-resourced and productive small-scale farmers, who are recognised for the role they play in a fair, resilient food and farming system, where communities thrive and landscapes are regenerated.
We take a top-down and bottom-up approach to our work, capacity building within the sector while advocating for the needs of producers.
