About Our Auction
In a world where the smallest acts of kindness can make a monumental difference, we invite you to join us on a journey of transformation.
Our mission is simple but profound: to upgrade the interior and exterior lighting across nine group homes and the activity center. These are not just buildings. They are homes filled with warmth, laughter, and the daily hustle of life. For the individuals who call these places home, a well-lit environment is more than just a luxury—it is essential for their well-being and quality of life. Currently, the lighting in these homes is outdated and inefficient.
By upgrading to modern, energy-efficient lighting, we will enhance the aesthetic appeal of these spaces but also significantly reduce maintenance and energy costs. It is estimated our savings could be $10,000 per year.
Good news! Updated quote due to increased incentives. This transformative project cost $104,169 to replace all lighting with LED on the inside and out at all 9 group homes and the activity center. Wow! That's 548 fixtures and 1243 bulbs affected during this project! However, we are thrilled to share that there are incentives available that could stretch every dollar even further. With these incentives, your contribution has the potential to impact even more lives than originally planned. Our total fundraising project after incentives is $67,333. We will be applying for grants and will use the funds from the Virtual Auction for this project. Your generosity will shine brightly, touching the lives of those who call these group homes and activity center their own. Thank you for supporting our auction!
