40 West Arts is a non-profit, state-certified creative district along Lakewood’s historic West Colfax Avenue with the mission of energizing West Colfax through arts experiences, exhibitions, and events that engage the whole family.

EDGE is a contemporary, non-profit, co-op art gallery dedicated to artists outside the domain of commercial art venues. Our primary objectives are to celebrate individuality and uniqueness, to encourage our shared vision, and to maintain our intensity and integrity in addressing the often contradictory messages occurring in contemporary art.

In collaboration with our five resident galleries and the 40 West team, the Art Hub itself offers both family-friendly and adult-centered experiences through an on-going variety of community events. Whether it’s the newest art exhibits, musical talents, pop-up art shows, themed parties, or interactive amusements, there’s always an exciting reason to drop on by!
