The Kimmett Cup 15 Online Auction is raising funds for the 3 chosen charities for the 2024 Kimmett Cup Pond Hockey Championship. Our charities are Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation Youth Mental Health Initiative, Helping Families Handle Cancer and Cochrane Helping Hands.

The Kimmett Cup is a quintessential Canadian charity event, where hockey players lace up their skates on an outdoor pond, in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. February 9th – 10th, 2024 will mark the 15th annual event, which honors the memory of University of Calgary Medical School Alumnus, Lindsay Kimmett.
In the last 14 years, we’ve skated with thousands of players, worked with hundreds of volunteers, and raised over $2,000,000 for charity. It has been inspiring for us to watch this event grow from a fun idea to an annual celebration embraced by the entire community of Cochrane. This year we expect 400 players, over 100 volunteers and many more
spectators and fans.
