Lafayette High School Trivia Night Silent Auction

The Silent Auction at Trivia Night is sponsored by the students and parents of the junior class and it is the one fundraiser for Class of 2024 for this year through the Lancer Parent Organization. Proceeds from silent auction will be used for Class of 2024 Senior Activities.

Welcome to the Trivia Night Silent Auction! Here are some helpful tips:
- You must have an account in order to bid
- Scan the QR Code then click "Create An Account" in the yellow banner (or click the 3 lines in the upper right corner, then "Login", then click "Create an account now"
- Enter your name, email address, create a password, and then check your email to finish creating your account
- You may designate a bidder "Display Name" which is visible in an item's bid history. Make it as recognizable or anonymous as you wish (you can change this at anytime)
- Add your mobile number if you want to receive a text if you are outbid (this is optional - you will receive an email if you are outbid)
- A "Proxy Bid" allows you to enter the maximum amount you're willing to spend with the goal of winning the item at the lowest possible price. The system will bid for you, up to your maximum proxy bid amount, as additional bids are entered on the item.
- You can add items to your "Watchlist" by clicking the heart icon on the item
- "Extended Bidding" - If an item receives a bid during the final 3 minutes of the auction, the item end time will be extended to allow for 3 additional minutes of bidding. This process repeats until no new bids are received during the final 3 minutes of the item bidding window for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the original end time.
- Check out and pick up information is included in the item detail - you will receive an email when the auction closes if you won the bid with a link to pay
- Reminder - a bid is a promise to pay - this is a fundraiser, so don't bid if you don't intend to purchase the item! All sales are final.
