As many people throughout the world return this year to family gatherings, celebrations with friends, and in-person holiday events, we hope you stay safe and healthy, while truly cherishing the time of togetherness.

Alcohol is a dose-dependent risk factor for dozens of health issues, and may lead to short and long-term memory issues. So don't let alcohol rob you of the memories you make this season. Slow down. Moderate. Have a designated driver (or better yet, be one.) Hydrate. Drink less and remember more.

The C Three Foundation is the nation's only 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of the Sinclair Method for treating and preventing alcohol use disorder. The Sinclair Method (TSM) is a research based, medication assisted treatment for alcohol use disorder that targets the brain's reward system through the process of pharmacological extinction resulting in the reduction of heavy drinking and addictive cravings. It does not require detox, abstinence, or expensive inpatient stays, which lowers the barriers that many people find discourage them to seek and complete treatment.
