Shore United Bank & Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS are holding a fundraiser supporting a down payment assistance program to help homebuyers on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

In one year, 30 new homebuyers have received $1,000 each towards closing costs and we have many more who need these funds.

Help us keep the program going.

We are a REALTOR Association on the Eastern Shore of MD. One of our past presidents of the Association kick started a program called Mid-Shore Love Down Payment Grant Program. The grant program gives $1,000 individual grants to home buyers to help with closing costs. The homebuyer has to live and work in our 5 county radius, the listing or selling agent has to be a member of Mid-Shore Board to qualify for the grant. We have given $30,000 to date to homebuyers to help them toward the purchase of their new home.

Shore United Bank/Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS will have a Fundraiser for MSBR Down Payment Grant Program. It will be held at the Miles River Yacht Club, 24750 Yacht Club Rd., St. Michaels, MD. The Live Silent Auction will start at 5:00PM and end at 6:45PM on Oct. 9, 2024.
