Mukai Farm & Garden Annual Online Auction

Mukai Farm & Garden embodies the Japanese experience in America. This historic complex is a cultural gathering place that celebrates the Japanese American and agrarian heritage of Vashon Island. Mukai continues to reveal how a complex chapter of our local and national history is alive with us today.

Proceeds from this auction will help fund general operating expenses for the 2025 year.

Founded by Issei pioneer B.D. Mukai in 1926 as a strawberry farm, Mukai Farm & Garden today is on the National Register of Historic places with its rare heritage home, Japanese Garden, and Barreling Plant.

Open and free to the public, it celebrates Vashon Island’s Japanese American and agrarian heritage.
