The North Dakota Nurses Association (NDNA) is the only professional organization representing all nurses in North Dakota. The mission of NDNA is to advance the nursing profession by promoting the professional development of nurses, fostering high standards of nursing practice, promoting the safety and well-being of nurses in the workplace, and advocating on health care issues affecting nurses and the public.

The Fall Conference is centered on evidence-based practices that address the challenges faced by nurses in providing optimal care. Research has shown that nurses often experience high levels of stress, burnout, and moral distress due to heavy workloads, complex patient cases, and limited resources. This underscores the need for interventions that promote teamwork, resilience, and a supportive work environment to enhance patient outcomes. This conference is a chance for nurses to collaborate, share best practices, and engage in professional development. We will tackle pressing issues and strive for continuous improvement in the quality of nursing care.
