NFB of Virginia State Convention 2020

The 2020 State Convention Auction will benefit our local chapters and divisions which deliver programming, advocacy and peer support throughout the Commonwealth. Our chapters and divisions assist students, parents, seniors, and working age adults to live full, active and productive lives. Your contribution to the auction will go directly to the chapters and divisions based on who contributed the item. Details can be found in each auction listing.

The National Federation of the Blind of Virginia (NFBV) is a community of members and friends who believe in the hopes and dreams of the nation’s blind. Every day we work together to help blind people live the lives they want.

The National Federation of the Blind of Virginia promotes the general welfare of the blind by assisting the blind in our efforts to integrate ourselves into society on terms of equality and by removing barriers that result in the denial of opportunity to blind persons in virtually every sphere of life, including education, employment, family and community life, transportation, recreation, politics, and voting. NFBV’s goal of complete integration of the blind into society on a basis of equality includes removal of legal, economic, and social discrimination.
