Portal, inc. is a non-profit agency serving adults and youth with developmental and intellectual disabilities since 1965. Portal has a proud history of advocating for and supporting residents of Ozaukee County. Today, Portal serves more than 200 people with disabilities, providing the support and experiences to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
