About Our Auction
I am happy to announce an auction to help our friends at Engler Canyon Ranch! ALL donations given and profits from this auction will be donated to Engler Canyon Ranch to help them adopt 25 of the recently captured Onaqui wild horses!
Any donations made through this auction WILL be given to Engler Canyon Ranch. If you prefer to donate directly to them, please go here: https://serengetifoundation.com/donate-2/donate-ms/
Here is a message from Engler Canyon Ranch:
** 25 MORE MUSTANGS ARE COMING HOME **
Thanks to overwhelming support, part of the recently captured Onaqui herd will be calling Engler Canyon home! This isn't a step we planned to take so quickly, especially so soon, so we need your help to pull it off. Thanks to the Serengeti Foundation (501c3 nonprofit), you can help us restore their autonomy and quality of life in a hands-off, rewilded setting. That's what the Onaqui deserve; that's what ALL mustangs deserve.
FREEDOM. PROTECTION. ROOM TO ROAM. FAMILY. HERD DYNAMICS & more
We offer that here. ALL OF IT.
Here's where we need your help - We must get the land ready in time for the adoption event in October. A project this size is a massive undertaking and comes with a hefty price tag, but we can make it happen! With your help, we can commit to caring for these mustangs until their natural time has come.
*What we need*
drilling of a new well
approx 6 miles of fencing
2 to 3 horse shelters
water storage tanks x2
drinker tanks, lines, and repair
forage planting & more
Approx. Cost $175K+.
Every single dollar helps us get closer to our goal! There are no leases in our future, no owner changes or herd thinning. This land is to stay, just like our herd. For just $2, we can install a foot of fencing! Every little bit helps here, literally. We can't wait to share more news and details in the coming days. Let's do this; let's bring them home!
