Etobicoke School of the Arts Charity Auction

Students, faculty and staff work extremely hard to ensure academic success while maintaining a very demanding commitment to the Arts Disciplines. Last year, thanks to the support of the ESA Community, the money SESAT (Supporters of ESA Talent) raised was used to contribute to the Arts Majors in the following ways:

MUSIC THEATRE
 Body mics, hand-held microphones and rental of a new sound board for the annual musical
 Professional designer fees

DANCE
 Entire department saw a professional show
 10 guest artists
 Production costs for Annual Show

DRAMA
 Grade 12 Indigenous Theatre unit
 Grade 10 Drama workshops
 Costume Design workshops for Annual Show

CONTEMPORARY ART
 Better quality and wider range of materials
 Display materials for Art Show
 Video/photographic documentation for portfolios

FILM
 Rent high quality projectors for the Auditorium for 60 Second Film Festival as well as Film Week at ESA

MUSIC
 Solo accompanists for students
 Visiting Artists
