Our 4th Annual PAWSatively Awesome Auction

The Sheltering Hands Silent Auction kicks off Friday November 1st at 9am, and we are so excited to have this fun opportunity to help generate resources for the fight for feline wellness! Sheltering Hands was started in April of 2007 as an altruistic effort to provide accessible care for local cats. Focusing on each cat’s wellbeing to ensure that they have every advantage in their journey, a small group of individuals united around a doctor to create an organization centered around care. Since those humbling beginnings, Sheltering Hands has grown to serve multiple counties in Central Florida. Collaborating with local government & other animal organizations, we achieve our goals through a growing network of good.

By providing low-cost services to potential community caregivers we aim to reduce the obstacles for those wanting to assist the fight for feline wellness. Annually, we average over 4,000 Spay/Neuter Surgeries. Our Adoptions Team coordinates with fosters to provide a quality upbringing that helps these animals form bonds. Every year, we find forever homes for over 300 cats & kittens. In addition, we provide continuous medical care for over 130 cats in our senior foster program, Love for a Lifetime.
