In the Schaumburg area, a group of 1891 Financial Life members called the “Soul Connection Impact Team 1255” donates time and funds to local causes.

In 2022, the team raised $5,296 to support local groups, including Self-Help Closet & Pantry inDes Plaines,Our Lady of Perpetual Hope Adopt a Family, Clean Up & Give Back in Mount Prospect, United Ukrainian American Relief, Catholic Charities, the Joliet Diocese, and Woodfield Area Children’s Organization.

In 2023, Impact Team 1255 continued to make a difference by raising money $4,140 and donating time to local initiatives, including Easter baskets for disadvantaged children, Feed My Starving Children, Move for Hunger and Communities That Care with JLL, the Alzheimer’s Association and The Moorings of Arlington Heights.

At this fundraiser on May 3, 2024 raising money for local first responders and first responders and first-aid providers to have the training, equipment, and medical supplies they need to treat all injured and ill people in Israel.
