Through The Trees Online Spring Auction 2024

Thank you for supporting Through The Trees during our second annual spring online auction! Bidding goes live starting at noon on Earth Day, Monday, April 22nd and ends at noon on Sunday, April 28th. All funds raised support our Youth Scholarship Fund, helping get more Maine kids out in nature.

Through The Trees works hard to connect Maine children to nature on our 58 acres of forest, field, and pond in Freeport. We are a nonprofit providing a 9-month nature immersion program attended by over 150 children annually, as well as after-school, summer, and community programming.

The need for our programs has skyrocketed since the pandemic, with an unprecedented increase in Maine families opting to homeschool and prioritizing time outdoors. In our increasingly digital and isolating world - it’s crucial now more than ever that children be given the opportunity to be kids - to dig in the mud, observe frogs in a pond, and build forts out of fallen logs.
