This year we are proud to support The Pōpolo Project, a Hawaiʻi-based nonprofit organization that redefines what it means to be Black in Hawai‘i and in the world through cultivating radical reconnection to ourselves, our community, our ancestors, and the land, changing what we commonly think of as Local and highlighting the vivid, complex diversity of Blackness.

For more than 65 years, our staff has been raising money for worthy causes through our Yule Store. Each year, employees nominate and then vote on the years beneficiary. Hundreds of items are donated by staff, clients, vendors and media partners for the silent auction with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the selected charity.
