2024 Zienzele Foundation Annual Silent Auction

All proceeds of the online auction and live event support Zienzele's work with AIDS orphans and there caregivers in rural Zimbabwe.

Online bidding closes at 8am May 23, 2024, but will continue at the Zienzele live event that evening. You will be notified by email if you are outbid in the online auction up until the time the online event closes. If you are unable to attend the live event you can still be outbid at Zienzele Night.

The Zienzele Foundation has been working in some of the poorest villages in Zimbabwe for over 23 years. Through basket-making and other projects, our women's cooperative's earn money to help support themselves and care for over 1,000 orphans.
Zienzele baskets are handmade and beautifully crafted using fibers from the sisal plant. The fibers are twined and wrapped around a core of sweet grass. Most colors in the baskets are created by boiling the fibers with various tree barks or flower blossoms.
100% of revenues pay school fees so that orphans In Zimbabwe can gain an education.
